The Twelve Days of Christmas
The Twelve Days of Christmas udkom første gang tilbage i 1780 i England uden musik men som en remse. Alligevel siges det at selve teksten stammer fra Frankrig. I 1909 havde Frederic Austin ved hjælp af traditionel folkemusik udviklet melodien til sangen som vi nu kender den i dag. Sangen her er en af slagsens hvor man bygger op hvor hver afsnit bliver længere og længere.
